Karin den Ouden (in the top 10 overall ranking) and Carlo den Ouden (who runs faster than his shadow) are ready for the Ronde van Aruba 2023. They are running in the category: duo relay. Each of them will race 36 km.
Thanks to coach Melvin Dabian of ‘2 Fast 4 U Sports’ they are super ready for this performance. Karin just received her last trophy at the Boulevard Race last week. She is getting her last training done, while Carlo’s busy with the food plan and eating carbohydrates at BINGO. “I am super excited to do this race together with my love”, says Carlo. And though Karin will have a long working day ahead, starting 12 hours before the Ronde van Aruba, she’s dedicated to race and never stop.
